Dr. Tung?s Oil Pulling Concentrate can be added to any pulling oil to boost efficacy and reduce oil pulling time. Ancient Ayurvedic texts recommend oil pulling as a part of your daily oral hygiene routine to strengthen teeth and gums and to detoxify the mouth. Our whole botanical formula is processed in organic sesame oil to deeply penetrate and nourish mouth tissues and balance oral flora. After brushing, use our oil pulling concentrate alone by slowly swishing 1 tsp. in mouth for 5-15 minutes. Do not swallow. Add to your own pulling oil at a ratio of 1:3 then swish 1 tbsp. of mixture in mouth for 5-15 minutes. Do not swallow. Includes one 1.7 oz. bottle of Dr. Tung?s Oil Pulling Concentrate.
