Weight Loss 7 Day Detox Diet

Suggested Usage

This detox cleansing program will last 7 days. Below, we have included the complete instructions for the entire cleanse. It is probably easiest to print out this page for easy reference. Please, keep in mind, these instructions assume ideal conditions. That may not be practical for you and that's perfectly okay. Just do the best you can and you will have an extraordinarily successful cleanse.

How do I use the products?

Digestive Enzymes: Take 3-6 pills with every meal.

Hot Cayenne Extract: Put 5-15 drops in purified water, 3 times a day.

Camu Camu: Take two capsules twice daily.

Blood Circulation Formula: Take two capsules, 3 times a day with a glass of water. It is bet to take at last 30 minutes before and after a meal as the herbs work best on an empty stomach.

Daily Schedule

8 am: Morning Smoothie... Blend some organic, fresh juice, preferably apple juice or something non-citrus as it tastes better (about 8oz.- you can dilute with water if necessary), a little bit of organic fruit (about ½ a cup), a big handful of organic greens (spinach, kale, chard, dark lettuces, etc...), 1 tablespoon of flax seeds (if available), 1/4 cup of mixed raw nuts and seeds (if desired). This is a great breakfast and energy booster. This morning drink will dramatically cut down on your cravings, because of the incredible nutrient power. Your body simply won't crave the bad stuff anymore. Also, take 2 vegicaps of Camu Camu while enjoying your smoothie.  

8:30 am: Put 5-15 drops of Hot Cayenne Extract in purified water and drink.

9 am: Exercise- Go on a 30 minute walk. Go take a yoga class. Get, at a minimum, some mild exercise every day or at least every other day. It will normalize your hormone levels and help you to feel energized! You can turn up the heat and really workout if you feel up to it. Go to your gym, play a sport. Just get out there and have fun. We also recommend trying a mild strength building program 3 days a week. This can be done by lifting weights, taking a pilates class, working with a trainer, or anything else that works for you. This is a key component to losing weight and is often overlooked. Doing only cardio burns up muscle as well as fat and the less muscle you have, the more the body wants to store fat. A recent study showed that the body fat percentage of the average aerobics instructor who does cardio 3 hours a day is around 18%!! It is very important to begin building muscle which will increase your metabolism, burn up fat, and keep the weight off. Remember, muscle takes up 3 times less space than fat and actually burns fat off later even when you're not exercising.

10 am: Have some fresh fruit.

11 am: Have a small glass of water, herbal tea, or juice and 2 vegicaps of Blood Circulation Formula.

12 pm: Take 3-6 vegicaps of the Digestive Enzymes. Eat lunch. Please, use the recipes and meal plans from the powerful weight loss detox diet plan (included with the program).

1 pm: Put 5-15 drops of Hot Cayenne Extract in purified water and drink.

2 pm: Have a small glass of water, herbal tea, or juice and 2 vegicaps of Blood Circulation Formula.

3 pm: Afternoon snack or a  blended salad. Blend 8-12 oz. fresh apple or orange juice, romaine lettuce, baby spinach, 1 stalk raw broccoli, an apple, a banana. 4 pm: Have a small glass of water, herbal tea, or juice and 2 vegicaps of Camu Camu.

7 pm: Put 5-15 drops of Hot Cayenne Extract in purified water and drink.

8 pm: Have a small glass of water, herbal tea, or juice and 2 vegicaps of Blood Circulation Formula.

What do I eat during the cleanse?

What do I eat after the cleanse?

We strongly recommend you try to continue eating a low fat, low salt, high nutrient vegan diet as it is by far the best way to enjoy phenomenal health and continue losing weight safely. In order to continue seeing weight loss benefits, we recommend trying to switch your diet over to this way of eating as much as possible.
