Suggested Usage: Adults mix 1 level scoop in water, juice, or a fruit smoothie 1 or more times per day. Begin with 1/4 serving size for the first few days and gradually work up to a full serving. May be taken with or without food. Children may take up to 1/2 of the adult serving.

You've got to try VITAFORCE!

Vitaforce truly is the best green food supplement that I have ever tried! It gives me "natural" energy. I like the fact that it does NOT contain other non essential herbs or caffeine. Since one of the main ingredients in Vitaforce is Spirulina which is a type of algae, don't expect the taste to be wonderful. However, if you mix Vitaforce with the right juice, the taste is very well tolerated. I mix Vitaforce with apple juice. Customer service is FANTASTIC! Very polite and quick to respond!

VITAFORCE is the only complete vitamin supplement that I have found that has all the correct proportions in a food form. I will say that at first, the taste is not great like others have said. It is an acquired taste that took a week or so to get used to. Well worth it though. Great stuff.

After trying Vitaforce I must say I am extremely impressed with the Nutritional Content. I rock-climb 3-4 times a week, lift weights, run, and hike - my muscles need a supplment that covers me across the board...for me...Vitaforce is the answer. I also was pleased with the taste! Most superfoods make me gag from the overabundance of spirulina mixed inappropriately with other ingredients. I can mix Vitaforce with water and it tastes delicious. Kudos on a job well done OHB!
