The Root Cause of Disease

    "As a practicing physician for over fifty years, I have reached three basic conclusions as to the cause and cure of disease... The first is that the primary cause of disease is not germs. 1) You have accumulated cholesterol and other deposits in your blood vessels and arteries- SLUGGISH BLOOD FLOW

    One in every two Americans die of heart complications. Lack of free blood flow causes aches, pains, low sperm count, impotence, high cholesterol, heart complications, strokes, adult onset diabetes, obesity, and high blood pressure just to name a few. Every single one of these problems is a symptom of bad blood flow, caused by cholesterol and fat blockage.

 
    Your doctor's probably going to give you a pill, but what you have to do is stop eating foods that contain cholesterol. The number one factor for heart disease is a high blood cholesterol. The number one factor for high blood cholesterol is high saturated fat. By far, the highest source of saturated fat: Animal Foods! The vegetable kingdom has absolutely NO cholesterol. By now, you're probably thinking, are you asking me to give up meat, chicken, fish, turkey, and dairy foods? How about having your heart cut out instead?

2) You have undigested waste impacted in your colon (digestive tract) causing ELIMINATION BLOCKAGE.

97% of Americans are constipated

     It may seem unrelated, but a compacted and constipated colon is one of the absolute prime beginnings of any disease. Why? If your bowel stops functioning properly, than food, which is your only source of vitamins, minerlas, phytonutrients, and many other imnportant nutrients cannot be absorbed by the body. It literally gets packed away and lost with all the other junk in the colon. As a result, all the other organs and parts of the body that survive from this nutrition bgein to break down. In addition, since the colon can no llonger remove harmful substances from the body, it begins filtering down into the kidney, gallbladder, and liver which eventually break down as well. But, before it can get to those areas, the colon has already stopped working properly.

     So, an impacted colon means not assimilating nutrients well which causes everything in your body to begin breaking down. Then, realize that all kinds of infections, unhealthy bacteria, viruses, and worms that are fairly easily dealt with in a clean system can flourish and multiply by feeding off the waste in your colon (like flies on a heap of garbage). It makes you tired, sick and eventually causes serious disease. If you can't eliminate well, you are on the road to health problems.

     What causes constipation and all other bowel disorders? Constipation and colon problems are caused by low fiber, high fat foods- You guessed it, Animal Foods! The foods literally get packed away and stored in one of the many pockets of your 5 foot long large intestine.

Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream agrees with the findings- Here is a sample of their promotional literature: "Dioxin is known to cause cancer, genetic and reproductive defects and learning disabilities... the only safe level of dioxin exposure is no exposure at all."

As a result, Ben & Jerry's has tried to use milk from family friendly farms, BUT TAKE A LOOK BELOW...

A study in August 2000 found, "levels of dioxin in a sampling of Ben & Jerry's brand ice cream are 2,200 times greater than the level of dioxin allowed in a 'serving' of wastewater discharged into San Francisco Bay by the Tosco refinery."

AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON....

    On a daily basis we ingest a heavy dose of unhealthy chemicals, toxins, preservatives, metals, antibiotics, hormones, genetically modified organisms, and other harmful substances from our air, food, and water supply. 90% of POPs (Persistent Organic Pollutants) come from animal foods, because these pollutants have the highest concentration in fat cells- of which animal foods are extremely high. These harmful substances cannot be safely and effectively eliminated from our bodies because of the blockage in our colon (our elimination system) or our Kidney, Liver, or Gallbladder.

     Our kidneys, liver, and Gallbladder desperately attempt to filter out all the bad stuff we ingest every day, but this takes a heavy toll on their effectiveness. By ingesting all of these terrible substances, primarily from Animal Foods and tainted water, we get a whole set of other problems: PMS problems because the hormones in milk and our meat supply combine with the hormones in women- prostate problems in men caused by high amounts of hormones in milk and our meat supply (just like the hormones make the cows grow, they also make your prostate grow)- kidney/liver diseases because of high amounts of toxins that have to be dealt with on a daily basis- AND a whole set of other carcinogenic and debilitating effects that have been cataloged over and over again by top medical journals and universities around the world.

     It doesn't take a lot of common sense to realize you should eat foods that are clean and chemical free. That means buying your foods ORGANICALLY!! That way, you will be avoiding the thousands and thousands of chemicals, antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, herbicides etc... (not to mention Genetically Modified Food) that are proven to make you sick and diseased.
