digit code on your credit card that verifies the card belongs to you. On
American Express it is 4 digits and on the front. On all other cards it appears
on the stripe on the back.
This code is not stored on Organichealthandbeauty.com and we never see
it! It is sent through a secure connection to your issuing bank for verification
and ensures that anyone who does not have access to your card cannot place an
order on Organichealthandbeauty.com. This is for your safety and to reduce
fraudulent transactions.

Returns and Exchanges
To return
any item, ship it to the address on your packing slip via insured mail, UPS or
any other traceable method. Simply fill out the return information with refund
or exchange instructions and include it in your return package. Original
shipping charges are not refundable. If you would like to exchange an
item for a different size, color or new item, we will gladly pay for the return
shipping charges on the exchanged item back to you.

*CVV
is a new authentication procedure established by credit card companies to
further efforts towards reducing fraud for internet transactions. It consists of
requiring a card holder to enter the number in at transaction time to verify
that the card is on hand. The CVV code is a security feature for "card not
present" transactions (e.g., Internet transactions), and now appears on
most (but not all) major credit and debit cards. This new feature is a three- or
four-digit code which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed
on the card. Therefore, the CVV code is not part of the card number itself.
> The CVV code helps ascertain that the customer placing the order actually
possesses the credit/debit card and that the card account is legitimate. Each
credit card company has its own name for the CVV code, but it functions the same
for all major card types. (VISA refers to the code as CVV2, MasterCard calls it
CVC2, and American Express calls it CID.)
