7 Day Weight Loss Cleanse Diet




The following weeklong program includes instructions for our Weight Loss Cleanse diet. Try to follow the plan as close as possible, but don't overexert yourself.

Supplements:

Digestive Enzymes: with each meal, take 3-6 capsules

Hot Cayenne Extract: With water, use 5-15 drops, three times daily. 

Camu Camu: Use 2 vegicaps, 2 times a day 

Blood Circulation Formula: With glass of water, take 2 vegicaps, 3 times a day. It is best not to eat for 30 minutes before or after, as the herbs work best on empty stomachs. 

Schedule: 

8 am: This breakfast smoothie boosts energy and reduces cravings - you won't crave anything if your body doesn't need anything. 

Breakfast smoothie: In blender, put 8 oz. of fresh organic juice (non-citrus), diluted with water if you want, about 1/2 cup of organic fruit, a heaping handful of organic greens, such as chard or spinach, 1 tablespoon flax seeds, and, if you want, 1/4 cup raw nuts. Take with Camu Camu.

8:30 am: Take Hot Cayenne Extract

9 am: Time to exercise! This part is up to you. Go on a walk, a casual bike ride, yoga, or other non-strenuous exercises. Exercise helps regulate hormone levels, releases endorphins, and boosts energy. If you feel like you can handle more strenuous exercise, go for it! Make sure you are having fun and not thinking of it as work. Strength training programs are incredibly healthy - try to lift 3 times a week. It is important to offset cardio with strength training, so that you are building up both. Muscle building boosts metabolism, burns fat, and helps with weight management. 

10 am: Snack tie! Eat a cup of fruit. 

11 am: Take Blood Circulation Formula

12 pm: Take digestive enzymes with lunch. Use recipes from the weight loss detox diet plan. 

1 pm: Take Hot Cayenne Extract

2 pm: Take Blood Circulation Formula

3 pm: Snack time!

Try fruit and vegetable blended salad: 

- Fruit juice - try apple or orange, 8-12 oz. 

- Baby spinach

- Romaine lettuce

- Raw broccoli stalk

- Banana

- Apple

As an alternative, you could have vegetables and dip. Try a recipe from our diet plan. 

4 pm: Take Camu Camu

6 pm: Take digestive enzymes with dinner - try a recipe from our diet plan. 

7 pm: Take Hot Cayenne Extract

8 pm: Take Blood Circulation Formula. 

Make sure to get plenty of sleep.
