7 Day Liver Gallbladder Cleanse Plan



This weeklong detox plan cleanses the liver and gallbladder of toxins while promoting overall system health. Here, you’ll find complete instructions for using our Liver Gallbladder Cleanse.

Cleanse Products:

Since these herbs work better on an empty stomach, it is suggested that you do not eat at least thirty minutes before taking these supplements. 

- Liver Rescue III+: Take 4 vegicaps three times daily.

- Liver & Gallbladder Formula: Take 2 vegicaps three daily.

- Blood Stream Formula:  Take 2 vegicaps twice daily. 

- Heavy Mineral Bugleweed Formula: Take 2 vegicaps twice daily.

Unless otherwise directed, take supplements with water, herbal tea, or organic juice

Your Daily Schedule:

7:30 am: Take serving of Liver Rescue III+ 

8:00 am: Drink liver and gall stone flush. Mix ingredients in blender: 

- 8 oz. natural apple juice, alternatively watered down

- Raw, organic garlic—3 to 6 cloves

- Organic raw ginger, without skin, 1-2 inches

9:00 am: Take serving of Liver & Gallbladder formula

10:00 am: Take Blood Stream Formula 

11:00 am: Take heavy Mineral Bugleweed Formula 

1:00 pm: Eat lunch. We suggest vegetable soup or look to our diet plan, which was included in the program 

2:00 pm: Take Liver Rescue III+

3:00 pm: Take Liver & Gall Bladder Formula

4:00 pm: Take Blood Stream Formula

5:00 pm: Take Heavy Mineral Bugleweed Formula

6:00 pm: Dinnertime.  Again, something like vegetable soup is suggested. 

7:00 pm: Take Liver & Gallbladder Formula

8:00 pm: Take Blood Stream Formula

9:00 pm: Take Heavy Mineral Bugleweed Formula

10:00 pm: Take Liver Rescue III+

Make sure to get a restful night’s sleep.

Cleanse Diet:

Something like vegetable soup is suggested. Eat high nutrient foods that provide lots of energy. You will need energy to focus on detoxification rather than the unpleasant aspects of digestive cleanses. An ideal diet contains food high in nutrients, healthy organic juice, and herbal tea. 

Vegetable Soup Recipe: 

This soup nourishes the entire digestive tract and relieves digestive pain. 

In large pot, take 3-6 inches of diced or grated skinless ginger root. Then add one chopped onion, celery, squash, carrots, seaweed, and any other greens you would like. Put clean water in pot, completely covering the vegetables. Then add 3 to 4 diced garlic cloves—let air for five minutes after dicing before adding to pot. Make this soup as soon as constipation disappears. 

What to eat after cleanse: 

The next morning, eat a small breakfast. We suggest fruit. For lunch, have veggies or salad. Dinner time is far enough in the day to where your body will be ready to eat cooked food.
