7 Day Kidney Bladder Detox Plan

Below you will find instructions for Dr. Christopher’s 7 Day Kidney Bladder Detox. Try your best to follow instructions, but don’t over exert yourself if you feel overwhelmed.

Cleanse Products:

For capsules, don’t eat at least 30 minutes before or after taking supplement, as these herbs work better on an empty stomach. 

Kidney Bladder Formula: Take two capsules, three times daily

Blood Stream Formula: Take two capsules, twice daily

Hot Cayenne Extract: Use 5-15 drops in morning kidney flush drink. 

Heavy Mineral Bugleweed Formula: Take two vegicaps, twice daily.

Detox Schedule:

It is suggested that you take supplements with water, organic juice, or herbal tea unless otherwise directed. 

8 am: Take morning flush drink. Put juices of one whole lie and one whole lemon into a glass of 8-16 oz. distilled water. Add Hot Cayenne Extract and a drop of maple syrup if you would like. This will flush toxins from the kidneys and help pass kidney stones. 

9 am: Take Kidney Bladder Formula

10 am: Take Blood Stream Formula

11 am: Take Heavy Mineral Bugleweed Formula

12 pm: Lunch time. See below for vegetable soup recipe. If you would like other recipes, see our diet plan. 

2 pm: Take Kidney Bladder Formula

3 pm: Take Blood Stream Formula

4 pm: Take Heavy Mineral Bugleweed Formula

6 pm: Dinner. See vegetable soup recipe or diet plan for other recipes. 

7 pm: Take Kidney Bladder Formula

8 pm: Take Blood Stream Formula

9 pm: Take Heavy Mineral Bugleweed Formula. 

Make sure to get a restful night’s sleep.  

Cleanse Diet:

Something like vegetable soup is suggested. Eat high nutrient foods that provide lots of energy. You will need energy to focus on detoxification rather than the unpleasant aspects of digestive cleanses. An ideal diet contains food high in nutrients, healthy organic juice, and herbal tea. 

Vegetable Soup Recipe: 

This soup nourishes the entire digestive tract and relieves digestive pain. 

In large pot, take 3-6 inches of diced or grated skinless ginger root. Then add one chopped onion, celery, squash, carrots, seaweed, and any other greens you would like. Put clean water in pot, completely covering the vegetables. Then add 3 to 4 diced garlic cloves—let air for five minutes after dicing before adding to pot. Make this soup as soon as constipation disappears. 

What To Eat After Cleanse:

The next morning, eat a small breakfast. We suggest fruit. For lunch, have veggies or salad. Dinner time is far enough in the day to where your body will be ready to eat cooked food. Stick with something low on salt and fight, and high in nutrients and vegetables. This is the best way to continue to fight and prevent disease. See the diet plan for more recipe ideas.
