Lower Bowel Formula vs. Quick Colon Formula #1 |
The Lower Bowel Formula is more gentle and meant to be used on a long term basis (about 6-9 months) for overall bowel health. It works more slowly but also more completely for correcting and healing bowel conditions. Quick Colon Formula #1 is much more potent and meant to be used more specifically as a constipation cure and detoxification for the colon. Depending upon your personal health, you may want to do a quick colon cleanse (about 5-10 days) in which case we recommend Quick Colon Formulas #1 and #2. If you are interested in a more complete program, we recommend using the Lower Bowel Formula alone or after using the Quick Colon Formulas.
